5. Phimosis and Paraphimosis

Phimosis is a condition by which one cannot pull back retracted the foreskin around the penis tip. The tight foreskin found in baby boys who have not circumcised but it lasts for only three years of the age. It happened due to natural or scarring in most of the cases.

Paraphimosis is a condition in which males have an uncircumcised penis. It is characterized by the ineffective effort to pull forward the foreskin of the penis. It may lead to improper blood flow and swelling in the foreskin.

Do Phimosis and Paraphimosis are Same?
